Bestselling author John Grogan will share insights from his popular memoir "Marley and Me: Life and Love with the World's Worst Dog" which tells the story of a barreling, ninety-seven-pound steamroller of a Labrador retriever who crashed through screen doors, gouged through drywall, and stole women's undergarments. But just as Marley joyfully refused any limits on his behavior, his love and loyalty were boundless, too. John will also share from his newest book, coming out on October 21st, entitled "The Longest Trip Home." Bring your books or buy one at the event for John to sign afterwards. Supplies will be limited. Get your complimentary tickets from any Henderson Libraries location, or at the Henderson Pavilion Box Office. |
